Once a year, the HERVCOV consortium gathers for its Annual Meeting, where the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) presents research updates and provides feedback on the project’s progress. These meetings include presentations, panel discussions and dedicated sessions that allow members to exchange views, review ongoing activities and coordinate future steps, including the planning of SAB sessions and related agendas.

In connection with each Annual Meeting, a one-day dissemination event is organised with the support of the local partner. This initiative is designed to share the project’s work with university stakeholders—researchers, students and academic staff—enhancing visibility and promoting scientific exchange within the host institution.
