INSERM TRANSFERT

As a private subsidiary of the French National Institute of the Health and Medical Research (Inserm), Inserm Transfert manages economic and societal value creation and the transfer of knowledge from Inserm research laboratories to companies contributing to promote human health innovation. Inserm Transfert also offers services relating to setting up and managing national, European and international projects, as well as supporting the technology transfer of clinical research and health data/databases. Its Collaborative Research Funding department supports the set-up and management of large-scale projects in biomedical research notably including infectious diseases, epidemiology and public health.
Inserm and Inserm Transfert are a global reference in terms of human health and life sciences innovation and in terms of best practices and technology transfer results. Particular emphasis is placed on medium- and long-term innovations with the very long development cycles that are inherent to biological treatments or to biomarkers, patient stratification methods and diagnostic tests.
